MORE MOVEMENT
STARTS WITH BETTER SPIN.
More effective spin can create more vertical and horizontal break.
More break can make pitches harder to square up.
Harder-to-hit pitches can lead to more swings and misses.
And swings and misses create strikeouts.
The grip is only the beginning.
You can teach a pitcher the right grip.
But if she doesn't understand how to use her fingers through the release, she may never create the spin that pitch needs.
The Spin Stick lets pitchers slow the release down and actually train:
Finger Pressure • Spin Direction • Axis • RPM • Release
SEE IT.
See the spin you’re actually creating.
Get immediate visual feedback on spin direction and axis instead of guessing what happened after the ball leaves your hand.
Learn what the correct spin should look like for each pitch—and recognize when it’s off.
3 STEPS TO BETTER SPIN
FEEL IT.
Learn how your fingers create the spin.
Discover which fingers are doing the work, where to apply pressure, and how finger, wrist, and arm position influence the rotation of the ball.
Instead of just being told to “spin it more,” you begin to understand how to make the spin happen.
REPEAT IT.
Turn the right spin into a repeatable skill.
Once you can see it and feel it, train it through intentional repetitions.
Build a more consistent release pattern, work toward higher RPMs, and take that spin from an isolated drill into your full pitching motion.
TRAIN THE SPIN. CREATE THE MOVEMENT. MISS MORE BATS.
ONE TOOL. EVERY PITCH. EVERY LEVEL.

WHY I CREATED
THE SPIN STICK
After coaching pitchers for more than 20 years, one thing I see all the time is girls who know the grip, but they don’t really know how to use their fingers through the ball to create the spin they want. And that’s such a huge piece of pitching.
I wanted to create something that would help a pitcher slow it down, actually see the spin, feel what her fingers are doing, and get the reps she needs to take it back into her full pitch.
That’s where The Spin Stick came from. It’s simple, but I know how powerful this kind of work can be — and I’m really excited to put something into pitchers’ hands that I know can help so many of them.
Because we’re not just trying to spin the ball.
We’re trying to make it move...and miss the bat.

No tool can guarantee a certain amount of break. But better spin rate, direction, and axis can give a pitch more opportunity to create movement—and that’s exactly what we’re training.
