Expert Pitching Feedback.
Built Around Your Pitcher.

Get clear, individualized feedback on your pitcher’s movement, mechanics and biggest training priorities—without guessing what to work on next.

Stop Guessing. Start With What She Needs.

Two pitchers can show the same problem on video and need two completely different solutions. That’s why we don’t start by throwing random drills at an athlete. We start by looking at the pitcher in front of us—how she moves, how she creates and transfers energy, and where her individual breakdowns are occurring. Using the Foster Fastpitch training framework, Coach Kerri Foster or a Foster Fastpitch Certified Coach will help you identify the biggest gaps limiting her right now and give you a clear direction for what to work on next.

STEP 1

Show Us Your Pitcher

Choose the coach you want to work with. Submit the requested videos and information so we can see the pitcher as clearly as possible in a remote setting.

STEP 2

We Analyze the
Bigger Picture

Kerri or a Foster Fastpitch Certified Coach reviews the athlete through our training framework to identify her biggest mechanical and movement priorities—not simply everything we could change.

STEP 3

Leave With a Training Direction

You’ll receive clear feedback, specific adjustments and recommended training so you know what to work on, why you’re working on it and what you’re looking for.

Our remote training at Foster Fastpitch is the perfect tool to connect the gaps and break through the plateaus of pitching. to compare your softball pitcher to an elite college pitcher. This process involves a detailed examination of your pitcher’s techniques, mechanics, and performance. It includes observing aspects such as stance, wind-up, release point, speed, accuracy, pitch variety, and body posture throughout the pitch.

The goal of our remote training to highlight differences and similarities between the two pitchers, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and potential adjustments that could help your pitcher find more success when she is in the circle.

What Can We Assess Remotely?

Video gives us valuable information about an athlete’s pitching motion and allows us to identify many mechanical and sequencing patterns.

But remote training does have limitations.

Our in-person assessments allow us to evaluate additional movement qualities and physical factors that can't always be fully assessed through video alone. When something requires a deeper look, we'll tell you so that we can create the most accurate plan even in a remote setting.
