Drill Station Details
(Hour 1)
In Hour 1 of the clinic, pitchers will rotate through four focused drill stations designed to sharpen key components of their mechanics and enhance pitch effectiveness. The Snaps & Spins station will dial in wrist action, helping athletes develop tighter spins and a cleaner release. At the Sequencing & Connection station, pitchers will work through wall drills and med ball throws to better understand how to engage their entire body in a smooth, powerful kinetic chain. The Arm Circle Drills station emphasizes proper arm path and timing using mirrors, resistance bands, and weighted implements to reinforce muscle memory. Finally, the Fun Accuracy station brings competitive energy and challenges where pitchers will have to to hit targets and refine their command under pressure—all while enjoying the process.
Power & Movement Station Details (Hour 2)
In Hour 2, pitchers will break into two groups to rotate through our Power & Movement mini stations, each designed to build explosive lower-body drive and full-body coordination. At the Banded Footwork station, athletes will use resistance bands to train drive mechanics, lateral quickness, and postural stability—key ingredients for generating more power off the mound. This station helps pitchers stay grounded, balanced, and explosive through their stride. The Plyo Ball Station focuses on rotational strength and core engagement through medicine ball throws and overhead slams. These drills reinforce how to transfer energy efficiently from the ground up, promoting better velocity and body control during pitch delivery. Together, these two stations support the athletic foundation needed for long-term development and game-day performance.
