Lessons with Coach Kerri

Coach Kerri primarily works with experienced pitchers ages 12 and up who have a strong mechanical foundation and are ready for more advanced training, including pitch development and Rapsodo analysis. Most sessions are conducted in a small-group setting.

First time training with Coach Kerri?
We STRONGLY recommend a one-time, 60-minute private assessment ($200) before joining ongoing or weekly training sessions. This is optional but gives Kerri the opportunity to evaluate your pitcher and establish a clear training direction.

During the 1 hour private assessment she will look at the full picture of your athlete. We’re not just watching a few pitches and deciding what we want to change. We’re learning how her body moves, where she has limitations, how she produces force, how the pitch is organized, and what shows up in the ball data.

Ready to book an assessment with Coach Kerri?

Please email us with your pitcher's age, experience, and training goals and 2 pitching videos to request booking information.

You’re email must have 2 videos of your pitcher pitching for assessment/lessons with Coach Kerri.

Complete Pitching Assessment
& Motor Preference Profile

Every Pitcher Is Different. It's Time We Start Training Them That Way.

Traditional pitching instruction often focuses on teaching athletes to achieve the same mechanical positions. But what if the most effective way for your pitcher to move looks different from someone else's? Through Motor Preference Profiling, we're taking a more individualized approach to pitching development. By evaluating how your athlete naturally generates power, transfers energy, stabilizes, and decelerates, we can better understand her movement strategies and use that information to guide her training.

Trust the Process | Our Training Expectations

At Foster Fastpitch, we believe real progress comes from consistency, commitment, and intentional training. Our coaching process has been developed over 20+ years, and we ask our athletes and families to fully commit to it.

Our expectations are simple: Stay consistent with lessons, follow our coaching philosophy without mixing instruction from multiple pitching coaches, practice intentionally at home 4–5 days a week, and make a continued effort toward your goals. Hit-or-miss lessons and inconsistent practice make it difficult to build lasting progress.

We also expect every athlete to bring a positive attitude, be coachable, listen, and show respect. We don't expect perfection, but we do expect effort, accountability, and a willingness to learn. Repeated poor attitudes, disrespectful behavior, or unwillingness to follow instruction may result in dismissal from our training program.

Our goal isn't a quick fix. It's long-term development, and that takes a commitment from both the athlete and our coaching team. Trust the process, put in the work, and give yourself the opportunity to improve.
