We are a community of pitching coaches with a heart for sharing our knowledge with others. By eliminating a scarcity mindset we open the doors for coaches to be able to share openly and be a sounding board so that we can advance our athletes as well as our businesses. Utilizing our structured teaching method, we will enhance confidence and create an environment of education, community and mentorship.

“When my daughter was 8 years old she decided she wanted to learn how to pitch. I had been coaching high school girls and pitched in college 20 years ago, but suffered a shoulder injury that ended my career. My top priority was teaching my daughter and my players mechanics that were best for their body. I spent a lot of time studying pitching and the science behind how our body moves. I knew what Kerri Foster was teaching was the safest and most effective way to pitch. I joined the Academy and began learning and teaching IR. After six weeks, I took my daughter in for her first lesson with Kerri and she was blown away with her form. We got to talking and clicked pretty instantly. I shared with Kerri my own dream of giving pitching lessons for a living. With her encouragement, I decided to become a certified coach.
