Every College-Ready Pitcher Protocol plan includes:

1. Goal + Reality Check Call (or Video Intake)
We begin by understanding your pitcher’s goals, her current situation, and what she truly wants from college ball. This ensures the strategy is personalized and aligned with her long-term vision, not someone else’s expectations.

2. Full Pitching Mechanics Review
We conduct a detailed breakdown of her movement patterns, posture, timing, sequencing, and efficiency using video and any available data. This gives us a factual starting point so we can build her path with accuracy, not assumptions.

3. Custom Pitching Development Plan
Your daughter receives a fully tailored development plan built around her needs. This includes drill prescriptions from the Academy/App, technical priorities, weekly structure, and the specific corrections required for her level and goals.

4. Monthly Progress Adjustments
(Adjustments vary by plan level.) Her plan is not static. We update it throughout the process based on video submissions, performance changes, and development needs so she continues progressing in the right direction as recruiting evolves.

5. Video + Data Review
We evaluate all available information — mechanics, game film, velocity, movement metrics, and pitch data. This allows us to ground her recruiting plan in truth, not hype or wishful thinking.

6. Realistic College Match Profile
Your daughter receives a clear, honest breakdown of where she currently fits across college levels (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO). This clarity prevents wasted years and money chasing programs that aren’t aligned with her stage of development.

8. Tournament & Camp Strategy You’ll know exactly where she needs to be to get in front of the right coaches. We eliminate wasted money on events that don’t fit her goals and guide you toward camps, tournaments, and exposures that truly matter.

9. Communication Roadmap Recruiting requires consistent communication and relationship-building. You’ll receive exact scripts, timelines, follow-ups, video update structure, and instructions on how to connect with coaches the right way — not the guessing game most families rely on.

10. Level-Specific Metrics and Standards We outline the performance benchmarks your pitcher needs for her target level. This includes velocity expectations, movement standards, command markers, and mechanical progress points so you always know exactly what she’s working toward.

11. My Name and Referral Behind Her When appropriate, coaches can contact me directly for an honest evaluation. Your daughter is no longer just another email sitting in a coach’s inbox — she has a trusted coach advocating for her.
