Hi! I’m Kerri!

I’m the founder and owner of Foster Fastpitch and Foster Fastpitch Academy—a global hub for training softball pitchers. My journey in the sport began as a four-year starter at Hoover High School, where I helped my team secure two state championships. Later, I proudly wore the title of All-Conference pitcher for the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

In the past two decades, I've been fortunate to provide pitching and hitting instruction, currently guiding 60+ students aged 6 to 21. My learning journey included valuable insights from remarkable mentors, including Ernie Parker, Vann Stuedeman (Mississippi State), and Angela Thompson, shaping my playing years. As an instructor, I've had the privilege of training with Kayla Holas (University of Houston) and Sharon O'Mara, who boasts significant international experience with the Venezuelan Women's Team and the Australian Junior National Team.

Beyond teaching, I've had the honor of coaching elite travel teams. Notably, my 18U Gold Team, the Alabama Crusaders, etched their mark in history as the first in Alabama to earn a berth to ASA Gold Nationals It's been an incredible journey, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and share the passion for softball with aspiring players.

In my spare time I love spending time with my daughter, Kaylee and our pup Buddy as well as traveling and exploring God’s beautiful creation!

I joined the Foster Fastpitch team in 2022 and I handle a lot of the behind the scenes that makes Foster Fastpitch what it is today — from marketing, to social media and designing programs and trainings.

My roots run deep for the love for softball, a passion that ignited when I was just a little girl. My softball career really took a significant turn when I started taking lessons from Kerri during my high school years. Kerri not only played a pivotal role in developing my skills as a pitcher but also became a great friend and mentor.

As a 4-year starter at Sparkman High School I played a role in leading our team to a State Championship. Despite facing a season-ending injury my senior year, I overcame the setback and continued my playing career at UAB for four incredible years. I was fortunate to be a part of the UAB that made three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances from 2010 to 2012.

Since graduating, my love for softball hasn't wavered. I ventured into international play as a player/coach for the Vienna Wanderers in Vienna, Austria, in 2012. Back in the US, I transitioned into coaching with various elite travel ball organizations. And 2013 onwards, I've been conducting private lessons, sharing my knowledge and passion for the game.

Apart from softball, I wear the hats of a wife to my husband, Corey, and a proud mom to our kiddos, Addie (7) and Cannon (4). Our family is complete with our adorable little teddy bear pup, Beau.

Hi! I’m Amber!

Hi! I’m Lacy!

Hey y’all! I’m Lacy Marty — and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the pitching instruction team!

Softball has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started playing varsity at Oak Mountain High School in Birmingham, AL when I was just in 8th grade, and the love for the game only grew from there. I went on to play four years of Division II softball at Palm Beach Atlantic University down in sunny Florida (go Sailfish!), where I competed in the tough Sunshine State Conference and earned my degree in Exercise Science.

But here’s the coolest part: I’ve actually been training in this very program for over eight years. So not only do I believe in the system—we’re talking solid mechanics, mental toughness, and next-level development—I’ve lived it. I’m passionate about passing that same energy, work ethic, and love for the game on to the next wave of pitchers.

I’m here to help our athletes grow, both on and off the field, and I can’t wait to get to know you and your pitching journey.

Let’s get to work!

I’m pumped to be part of the Foster Fastpitch instruction team.

I’ve been playing ball for as long as I can remember, and I’m still at it at the collegiate level. I graduated from Oak Grove High School (go Tigers!) where I was named All-State DH in 2022 and earned three All-County selections. One of my favorite memories? Leading the state in home runs in 2021 and representing Alabama at the World Power Showcase in Miami.

After high school, I played at Shelton State and was lucky enough to be part of two Alabama JUCO State Championship teams and compete in two JUCO World Series. I continued my college career at Lawson State, and most recently spent the summer competing in South Carolina with a collegiate beach league that pushes high-level athletes to stay sharp in the off-season.

But here’s what really fires me up—coaching.

I’ve worked with athletes of all ages through camps and lessons, and there’s nothing better than helping players build confidence, sharpen their skills, and fall in love with the game. Whether we’re breaking down swing mechanics, diving into infield footwork, or just hyping each other up—I'm here to help you grow.

Let’s get after it!

Hi! I’m Will!
