WEEKEND INTENSIVES

INTENSIVE DETAILS:

Do you feel stuck? Or have you hit a plateau? If so, weekend intensives may be just what you are looking for! During a weekend intensive we will start with a video analysis and from there go through mechanical adjustments, troubleshoot your pitches and increase your body awareness. All of these things will help lead to more mph, accuracy and movement! Our goal of the intensive is to give you clarity in regards to your mechanics and get you to take you pitching game to the next level.

Cost:
$160 an hour with a minimum of 3 sessions over a 1-2 day period.
