In consideration for these services provided by Foster Fasptich, Client agrees to no pay the sum of $297 upon signing this contract. Once signing the contract there is no refund or cancelation of contract due to the content availability. The balance of the payment for the services must be paid in full no later than the 5th of the month.

Foster Fastpitch will do everything in her power to do everything discussed between client and Foster Fastpitch in a professional, workmanlike manner. If coach/mentor is unable to perform the services in their contract due to any cause outside its control, such as fie, flood, casualty,, act of God or terrorism, illness, or any other reasonable cause outside the coach/mentor control or expectation, Client agrees to indemnify coach/mentor for any loss damage or liability/ however, coach/mentor will return all in full all payments made by client to coach/mentor in relation to this course as defined earlier.

Any dispute arising under or in any way related to this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration by the American arbitration Association in accordance with the Association’s commercial results then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted I the state of Alabama. The arbitration shall be binding on the parties. Assignability and Parties of Interest Initials (required) ……. ………. Client agrees and understands that, unless otherwise specified in this Contract, Client is not contracting for a personal service that will be performed by Andy specific coach/mentor. Coach/Mentor may sup-contract or assign. This contract to any other Coach/mentor, Coach/Mentor may assign any coach/mentor associated with the company/ person to perform its duties under this contract. All Coach/mentor must be capable and competent to perform the services in a workmanlike manner.

This agreement consisted a single integrated Contract expressing the entire agreement of Client and Coach/mentor with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral and written agreements and discussions with respect to the subject matter hereof, and , except as specifically set forth herein, there are no other agreements, representations, promises or inducements, written or oral, express or implied between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
