Our 4-Week Fastball Workshops offer a customized program designed specifically for your pitcher’s development. Whether you are brand new to pitching, or working on a movement pitch, here is how our Workshops can help your daughter succeed:
Fastball Workshop Cost - $225
Step 1:
Video Analysis
We start with a comprehensive video analysis to highlight your pitcher’s strengths and identify areas for improvement. This detailed assessment allows us to create a customized plan tailored to your athlete’s unique needs.
Step 2:
Customized Training Plan
Based on the video analysis, we develop a training plan for your pitcher. Each week, you will receive videos of drills and corrective exercises designed to enhance your pitcher’s skills and address any weaknesses.
Step 3:
Join the Community
You will have access to a small, supportive community group. Here, you can upload videos, get direct feedback to ensure your drills are correct and your athlete is progressing in the right direction.
CHANGEUP WORKSHOP DETAILS
Please note that for change up workshops, there is no initial video analysis. I am assuming that you have already completed our foundational programs or Guide 2 in the Acadmey. In this workshop I will be teaching you 3 different change ups. You will choose 1 of the change ups to work on during the 4-week workshop. Since there is no initial video analysis you will begin uploading video of you working on your changeups right away so that I can provide feedback and we can narrow down which change up will potentially work best for you.

In the meantime, we highly recommend joining The Foster Fastpitch Online Academy. Our online training platform follows a similar process, providing structured guidance, training videos, and a supportive community to help your pitcher start improving right away. This way, your athlete can begin their journey to success even before the next workshop begins.
